a) Feeding: When plasticizing and mixing the opener, all raw rubber, masterbatch and combined rubber must be added by the large gear of the rubber mixer.
b) According to different properties of raw rubber, different plasticizing methods should be used, as follows:
1) Natural rubber: a period of plastic smelting: the raw rubber is broken with a roll pitch of 0.5 ~ 1mm, and the plate is thinly dropped, and the machine is repeatedly passed to the specified time or number of times. Generally it is 10 ~ 15min, depending on the plasticity requirements, the number of times can be appropriately increased or decreased, and then the triangle bag is left for 4 to 8 hours to cool down, waiting for the second stage of plasticization or use.
Two-stage plastic smelting: After a section of plastic squeegee is rolled, adjust the roll distance to 5mm, and cut the raw rubber from left to right and right to left continuously three times or more than the prescribed time. Continuous plasticization is 5 minutes, the second two stages are 10-15 minutes, and then the next piece is cooled, left for more than 4 hours, and mixed for use. The conventional roller temperature is about 45 ° C, and the plasticity requirement is above 0.45.
Note: Low-hardness (below 50 °) rubber raw rubber (including other rubber grades) must be plasticized in two to three stages. If it is two-stage, two-stage and one-stage plasticization; if it is three-stage For plasticizing, two one-stage and one two-stage plasticizing are performed. The rubber compound should be left to cool for more than 4 hours between each section to ensure the plasticity of the raw rubber and the dispersion of the compounding agent during mixing.
2) Nitrile rubber: Low temperature, small roll distance and low capacity plasticizing method should be used. The roller distance is 2 ~ 3mm, the plasticizing time is 20 ~ 30min, and the operation is basically the same as that of natural rubber.
3) Styrene and butyl rubber: No plastication is required before mixing. If special needs, thinly pass several times. Butyl rubber should be cleaned to prevent other rubbers from mixing and affecting the quality.
4) Butadiene rubber: Plasticization of butadiene rubber has little change in plasticity. Plasticization is only for convenience, and it can be properly thinned.
5) Neoprene: Neoprene should not be plasticized for a long time, it should be plasticized for a short time and at a low temperature. The roll distance is 5 to 6mm, and the glue is passed 3 to 4 times. The small roll distance is 10 to 15min, and the roll distance is 5 to 6mm Next sheet, roll temperature is 40 ~ 50 ℃.
c) Plastic raw rubber should be tested for its plasticity (a measure of the operating performance of the rubber and the standard that affects the quality of subsequent processes) before it can be used.
