Rubber is actually a mixture of molecular chains of different sizes and molecular weights. If different molecular weights are arranged according to the frequency of appearance, a molecular weight distribution curve can be obtained.
The molecular weight distribution characteristics of NR: the middle molecular weight predominates, and the high molecular weight and low molecular weight grades each occupy a minority. The high part is good for mechanical properties and the low part is good for processing, so both performance and processing are taken into consideration.
