B. The specific gravity is too large or too small or non-uniform. Causes: The compounding agent is not accurately weighed, mismatched, missed or mis-added during mixing.
C. The frosting is mainly caused by the excessive amount of some compounding agents, which exceeds its solubility in rubber at normal temperature. When white is filled too much, white substance will also be sprayed out, then it is called dusting.
D. The hardness is too high, too low, and uneven. The reason is that the vulcanizing agent, accelerator, softener, reinforcing agent, raw rubber, etc. are not accurately weighed. Both.
Scorch: Early vulcanization of rubber compounds. Reasons: improper additives; improper rubber mixing operation; improper cooling and parking; climatic impact, etc.
