Mixing silicone rubber can be mixed without plasticizing. Generally, it is mixed with an open mixer, and the roller temperature does not exceed 50 degrees. When raw rubber is added, the front roller is wrapped, and the powder is added.
Mixing is carried out in two stages:
The first stage: raw rubber-reinforcing agent-structure control agent-heat-resistant additive-thin pass-next piece.

Note: The mixing time is not easy to be too long. When the compound is uniformly dispersed, the rubber material is all wrapped and the surface is smooth to complete the mixing; too long time will stick to the roller, and the Buddha silicone rubber and phenyl silicone rubber are sticky. The mixing time is particularly shortened, and cooling should be strengthened to maintain a low roller temperature. When silica is added, the fine powder is easy to fly, so protective measures should be strengthened; sponge rubber foaming agent is very easy to agglomerate and difficult to disperse, so it should be used as a masterbatch. Silicone rubber is soft. Putty knives are required for mixing and cutting, and ordinary knives cannot be used. If it is thin, it cannot be cut like other rubbers. Plexiglass or nylon special scrapers should be used. The rubber compound must be parked for a certain period of time (>24H) to facilitate the full diffusion of the compounding agent. It must be tempered during use, and the tempered rubber must be used as it is mixed. If the time is too long, the performance of the vulcanized rubber will decrease.
