Phenyl silicone oil is a product in which some methyl groups in methyl silicone oil are replaced by phenyl groups.

Methyl phenyl silicone oil has a higher viscosity-temperature coefficient, lower freezing point, flash point and compression resistance than dimethyl silicone oil of the same viscosity, and the viscosity changes faster under pressure. Low phenyl silicone oil has remarkable low temperature resistance, and it also has fluidity at -70°C. As the mole fraction of phenyl increases, the high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, lubricity and solubility of silicone oil in organic solvents are all improved, but the low temperature resistance decreases.

Features
Colorless and transparent liquid, with excellent electrical insulation properties and excellent ozone resistance, corona resistance, water and moisture resistance. It has better high temperature resistance and radiation resistance than general silicone oil.

The main purpose
This product is suitable for insulating, lubricating, damping, high temperature heat carrier and liquid sealing oil.
