Condensation type two-component liquid silicone rubber is base rubber, filler, crosslinking agent as one component, catalyst as the other component, the two are mixed in a certain proportion, vulcanization can be carried out at the same time inside and on the surface. The crosslinking agent is usually ethyl orthosilicate, methyl triethoxysilane, and the catalyst is often organotin compound. Vulcanization speed and the type of crosslinking agent, catalyst, dosage and environmental temperature, in the vulcanization machine and its dosage unchanged, improve the temperature and increase the environmental humidity can accelerate the vulcanization speed, shorten the vulcanization time. According to the type of crosslinking agent, it can be divided into dealcoholization condensation, deoxime condensation, dehydration condensation and dehydrogenation condensation.
