Blended silicone rubber is a basic rubber based on methyl or linear high polymer polyorganosiloxane (commonly known as raw rubber) containing vinyl group, reinforcing filler, incremental filler and additives with various properties.
The main raw materials are methyl or vinyl raw rubber, added with silica, bridging agent, structure control agent, coupling agent and other materials, and mixed in a high-temperature internal mixer.

Their differences are:
Vapor phase silione rubber has good tear resistance, which is applicable to products such as covers, pressure cookers, silica gel wires, etc;
Precipitation silicone rubber has a good anti strike life, which is applicable to remote control buttons, mobile phone buttons, foot mats, etc.

Application of rubber mixture:
