5. Phenyl silicone oil
Nature and application:
Phenyl silicone oil has low viscosity, low freezing point, good heat resistance, high flash point, small expansion coefficient, and excellent electrical performance.
It is used as insulation impregnant for large power capacitors, isolation and anti sticking additives for plasma bags and infusion bags, basic oils for surgical drugs, cosmetics, skin care, anti frostbite and other oil additives. It can also be used for insulation, lubrication, damping, shockproof, dustproof and high-temperature heat carrier.

6. Methyl hydrosilicone oil
Colorless transparent oily substance, viscosity is generally 1-5 × 10-2Pa·s。
The relative density is 0.98-1.10.
The refractive index is 1.390 ～ 1.420, and the hydrogen content is 0.8% ～ 1.2%.
Under the action of alcohol alkali, the Si-H bond breaks and hydrogen is released.
Under the action of platinum catalyst, Si-H bond can be added to alkenes.
In the presence of organometallic compounds, it can be cross-linked to form a film with excellent hydrophobicity and moisture resistance.
It can be prepared by co hydrolysis and condensation of ethyl dichlorosilane and triethylchlorosilane.
It is widely used for waterproof treatment of textiles, leather, ceramics, glass and building materials, as well as as release agent for rubber products and lubricant additive for looms.

7. Methyl vinyl silicone oil
Appearance: colorless transparent liquid
Viscosity: 50cs~150000cs
Vinyl content: 1%~8%
Application: It is used for reinforcing and hardening silicone rubber, and can also be used as the base rubber of liquid processing silicone rubber.

8. Methylethoxy silicone oil
01 Nature:
Methylethoxy silicone oil is a kind of methyl silicone oil that introduces active groups into the main chain of siloxane. It has excellent hydrophobicity, lubricity, low surface tension, non corrosivity, non-toxic and harmless. It also has some characteristics of silicate, forming a film by netting under certain conditions.
02 Application:
It is mainly used for waterproof and anti sticking treatment of dry powder fire extinguishing agent, waterproof treatment of building materials, and defoaming treatment of petrochemical, textile, paper making, fermentation, medicine and other industries. It can also be used as mold release agent.

9. Hydroxy silicone oil
01 Nature:
Linear polydimethylsiloxane with hydroxyl end group, structural formula HO [(CH3) 2SiO] nH, when N=5~11, it is generally colorless or yellowish transparent oil, viscosity (25 ℃) ≤ (25 ℃) ≤ 20mm2/s, hydroxyl content 4%~8%, refractive index 1.40~1.41.
Hydroxyl end groups are reactive and can react with hydroxyl or alkoxy compounds under the catalysis of organic tin.
It is made of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) by ring opening and water degradation under the action of acid or alkali; It can also be made of silicone rubber in autoclave by adding water and alkali for catalytic degradation.
02 Application:
Low viscosity hydroxyl silicone oil is used as a structure control agent in silicone rubber processing, and also as an anti sticking treatment for paper. High molecular weight hydroxyl silicone oil is the base rubber of two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
