1. Moulding

Its products are characterized by good thermal stability, cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation performance, and no toxic substances will be produced during combustion. Therefore, it has become an irreplaceable material in the production and design of health products, cars, baby products, medical products, diving products, kitchen appliances and seals.

3. Extrusion
Extrusion molding: Extruded silica gel products are usually formed by extruding silica gel by extrusion machine. Generally, the shape of extruded silica gel is long, and tubular can be cut at will. The shape of products made by extrusion technology is relatively simple, mostly strip. Silicone tubes are widely used in medical and mechanical equipment fields. It can also be used as a buffer in packaging materials.

4. Rolling
The silicone rubber is kneaded and mixed with silica, silicone oil, etc. to make the rubber compound, and then the sheet is extruded. The physical and mechanical properties of the film produced by calendering are significantly different from those of the film produced by calendering. This phenomenon is called calendering effect. Specifically, the longitudinal tensile strength of the film is greater than that of the transverse, the transverse elongation at break of the film is greater than that of the longitudinal, and the longitudinal shrinkage of the film is greater than that of the transverse.

The calendering effect is the result of the orientation of macromolecules and acicular and flaky complexing agents in the rubber compound along the calendering direction during the calendering process. The size of calendering effect is related to the composition of rubber compound, calendering temperature, speed, speed ratio, etc. For larger products, such as silicon film and silicon plate.

5. Pouring
Operation method of injection mold or injection mold: injection mold or injection mold is used for relatively smooth or simple products. Without mold line, it saves labor and time. It is to enclose the product or model you want to copy with rubber plate or glass plate, pour the vacuum-pumped silica gel directly onto the product, and take out the product after the silica gel is dried and formed, The mold is formed (note: the injection mold is generally made of silica gel with relatively soft hardness, which is easier to demould and will not damage the products in the silica gel mold). 6. Coating
Rapid vulcanization; Strong adhesion; Good liquidity and easy to defoaming. Catalyzed by platinum complex, non-toxic and odorless; Excellent thermal stability and cold resistance (service temperature - 60 ℃ - 200 ℃), good air permeability, heat resistance and certain tensile strength after molding; Excellent anti-skid performance; No pollution; Low hardness; The adhesive is firmly bonded.

Wear-resistant, washable and high-temperature resistant; With high three-dimensional level, the fabric is smooth, soft, flexible, with excellent texture, good elasticity, and resistant to water and dry cleaning.
