At the same time, it is best to use white carbon black as a reinforcing filler. If using white carbon black as a filler, Do not use precipitation neutral silica with aqueous suspension. Addition of transition metal oxides and other chemicals that can absorb free radicals to the silicone rubber material will help improve the heat resistance of the silicone rubber.

 ⑶ Improve the dielectric properties of vulcanized silicone rubber
The low-molecular substances and volatiles in silicone rubber have a serious adverse effect on the dielectric properties of silicone rubber. In order to improve the electrical breakdown strength and reduce the dielectric loss of silicone rubber, low-volatile silicone rubber must be selected ; The type of filler is related to the dielectric properties of silicone rubber. Compared with gas phase silica and precipitation silica, the former is significantly better than the latter in terms of electrical insulation and dielectric loss, and the non-polar filler is significantly better than polar Filler, the hydrophobic modified filler on the surface is obviously better than the unmodified filler; proper addition of mica powder has a significant effect on improving the electrical breakdown strength of silicone rubber; adding appropriate amount of silicone oil to the compounded silicone rubber can give vulcanized silicone rubber Continuous hydrophobic performance is beneficial to the anti-pollution flashover performance of vulcanized silicone rubber.

⑷ Improve the optical transparency of vulcanized silicone rubber
The application of silazane-treated fine particles (high specific surface area) of fumed silica with gas phase method is expected to produce compounded silicone rubber with excellent optical transparency.
