2) Roller temperature: The roller temperature of natural rubber mixing is controlled between 50 ~ 60 ℃, while the mixing of synthetic rubber is below 40 ℃.
3) Loading amount: The reasonable loading amount is based on the rubber covering all the front rollers, and a certain amount of accumulated rubber is stored on the two rollers.
4) Mixing time: In order to uniformly disperse the compounding agent and control the physical and mechanical properties of the compound, the natural rubber compounding should be controlled at 20 ~ 30min, and the synthetic compound will take a relatively long time. Refine evenly).
5) Feeding sequence: The commonly used feeding sequence of the open mill is: raw rubber (including combined rubber, masterbatch, recycled rubber, etc.)-solid softener-active agent-accelerator-antioxidant-reinforcement Filler—liquid softener—super accelerator—sulfur. Accelerator and sulfur should be added separately, and sulfur should be added last.
Note: Sulfur is not easy to disperse in nitrile rubber. When mixing with small compounding agents (such as zinc oxide, etc.), it should be added first, and the accelerator is added last. The glue should also be added first, and the accelerator should be added last.
6) In the mixing, in order to make the compound dispersed evenly, it must be fully mixed and appropriate tapping refining method.
