[1] Insufficient mixing time;
[2] Draining temperature is too low or too high;
[3] At the same time add acidic and alkaline complexing agents (such as adding stearic acid and scorch inhibitor ESEN together with zinc oxide and magnesium oxide)
[4] Insufficient plasticization;
[5] The order in which the compounding agents are added is inappropriate;
[6] Filler added too late in the mixing cycle;
[7] Simultaneously add small particle size carbon black and resin or viscous oil;
[8] Insufficient dispersion time of metal oxides;
[9] Add liquid plasticizers after we have begun to tear or chip;
