The rubber refining masters have all encountered static electricity, especially in winter! I saw several Shifu throw away the rubber mixing knife by static electricity, or the flashlight was numb and could not hold the material stably, dozens of kilograms of material fell to the chassis, or even caught fire when putting the curing agent... It was very dangerous! For this static electricity, each rubber mixing master has his own solution, and we also have several methods to share.
If conditions permit, a humidifier can be placed next to the rubber mixing machine. The principle is known to reduce the generation of static electricity by increasing air humidity.
It doesn't matter if there is no humidifier. Make more knives when mixing rubber, and try to avoid static electricity caused by rubber friction on the rubber mixing machine drum. When making triangle bags or crosses, frequently touch the corners of the rubber material with your hands, and then touch the chassis of the rubber mixing machine or other metals of the rubber mixing machine. In this way, as long as a little static electricity is generated, it will be introduced into the ground to avoid the body being "attacked" by a large amount of static electricity at one time.
The above is the way to solve the static electricity of rubber refining. Some friends may say that if you are so troublesome, you can wear static protective equipment directly! What I want to say is that rubber refining is dangerous. Wearing electrostatic protective equipment will not only pollute the rubber, but also increase the risk of work. Therefore, when mixing rubber, it is absolutely not allowed to leave long hair, the sleeves must be circled, the jacket must be tied into the waist of the trousers, and even avoid wearing gloves when mixing rubber to avoid injury caused by being involved in the rubber mixing machine.
